Virtual Currency and Exchange Operator and Depository Virtual Currency Wallet Operator is subject to the prevention of money laundering and/or terrorist financing regime under The amendments of the Law on the Prevention of Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing of the Republic of Lithuania.
